My air bag had a recall. I didn't realize until the next day my steering wheel is making a noise. Sounds like plastic moving against plastic as if it wasn't put together right. I will need to be looked at.

On 11/20/20 John Le provided excellent customer service Re my 2019 HR-V . He listened to my concerns about the vehicle and addressed them. John is very personable, great personality, knowledgeable of his job, sharp, alert, quick and appears to be an honest person.
My last car (one of about 71 cars) I owned for 14 yrs. I was fortunate to have met a service rep I trusted for about 12 yrs (not Honda).
Hope to continue to have the same experience with John Le at your dealership.

Daniel was my Service Representative. I have brought my truck to Norm Reeves two times in the last 10 days with no fix. I am told, that my truck is in need of having an engine diagnosis and I will need to wait for someone from Service to schedule a special service appointment to look at the engine. It has been 4 days since that was told to me and still no one from Norm Reeves has called. This is a $70K truck and I feel like I don't matter to Ford. This is truly disappointing. I hope Service calls soon. ****-****-xxxx.

The only reason I drive almost 30 miles to Norm Reeves Honda is for the kind, honest, service Benito provides. I do not normally answer surveys but without Benito here I would not consider buying cars @ NR (3 cars so far).
