I have been taking my car here for the past I don’t know how many years. I enjoyed coming here for a few reasons: 1. Shuttle service to my work 1 mile away which is convenient since I work in Irvine but live in Oceanside 2. Car wash with my oil change I understand with Covid you don’t offer the shuttle service anymore, so I would get a Lyft called for me by you guys and have to find a ride back to pick up my car. Yesterday when I get asked if I am waiting for my vehicle or coming back. I say I’ll come back but I need a Lyft to work. The gentleman who helped me now tells me I don’t qualify for a Lyft with just an oil change. Since when ? All throughout Covid while coming here I have been given Lyft a since your shuttle service is closed. So I drop my car off at 8am, 3 hours later I get a text I can come back to pick it up. It’s not like this was some 30 min service and I could just wait it out for the car, you expect me to sit there for 3 hours for an oil change or figure out my own ride now. I just got 4 new tires a week ago at a different place in Irvine and they asked if I wanted to change my oil while I was there, I liked coming to the dealership and having you guys do it, but I don’t appreciate not being valued for whatever services I bring to your dealership should it be an oil change or a full blown service. I think my services at this dealership are over.

Honestly haven't been impressed since buying my car. It's has been a huge headache. And my most recent experience was subpar. The female service tech/receptionist was rude on the phone. Was being charged for services that are covered in my maintenence plan.. And the complimentary carwash was half-assed twice now.

Hello, I was very happy with the maintenance of my vehicle and the service provided by Nate. My suggestions for improvement are regarding the lack of clean/available seating outdoors. It would make the outdoor waiting experience much more pleasant if there were more seating options.The chair I sat in outside while I waited was very dirty and located in a flower bed. It was difficult to find a place to sit in the shade. It would be nice if there was a tent and clean chairs for people waiting outdoors.
