Jacob Wu is a friendly, patient, professional, who went out of hi a way, to find a car part that was not available at your center.
Instead of just waiting for the part to arrive he personally checked around town (found at Costa Mesa store), and picked up the part himself, so that we were able to pick up our car within a few hours.
Your Store should be grateful, especially during a trying period for everyone, to have someone so valuable in people and professional skills.
As a professional myself, (MD), I recognize young people like Jacob Wu, and appreciate the extended help they provide.

1st of all I felt like it was a profit thing I asked for my car to be checked out and before I could get back home after dropping off my car I was told I needed a 1000 dollars of work. But when I picked up the car the price was 1400 dollars. Also I felt he talked to fast was not a good listener. This is not Mc Donalds . My car is older but I prefer the dealer because of the training. I was going to south bay infiniti but they are terrible. So I decided to come back to you but I felt like I was robbed no discount no anything special to make me feel like you guys or elite. You ask for comments but I bet you won't do anything about making a change. Your people need to be patient listen to the customer and not rob him . If you change people will repeat . You guys do good work but some of your techs need to work on their customer relations.

Simply put, since for a recall you put me in a stripped entry level car that had accident damage, which seriously affected the handling of the car, was three years old, had an empty pizza box in the? trunk, and smelled heavily if perfume.
And your service person put me into it, I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Not just service, but car purchasing/ leasing
