They did just what the mechanic from Purrrfit Auto said they would do you count on machine to do a mans work I explained that the coil had coolant in it the #4 well that didn’t matter the went with what the machine said and replaced # 1&4 coil my car has a bandaid till the next time this happens it takes a mechanic to look beyond the machine and actually fix the problem I don’t feel safe in my car now this same thing happened two months prior and I paid to have #4 coil replaced and it took 2 months to do the same thing and I told them it needed a head gasket and everyone I talk to that are Mach’s I said say the same thing

Lilia was very nice the the service just right but the dealership is not following the state mandated mask order. I didn’t feel safe taking my car there. When I brought it up to their attention they showed me where I could sit outside instead of the 2 maskless men. I spoke to the service manager who was very nice about everything but it didn’t make me feel any better about my time with NR Superstore. After buying 3 cars and only getting them serviced there, I probably won’t be back.
