The whole experience was perfect was start to finish. Benito was great at explaining the services I was receiving and super friendly. I would definitely recommend family and friends visit the Norm Reeves Honda HB.

I was not contacted about the status of my vehicle when it was in the shop for nearly three days. Wyatt said he left voicemails but I did not see any on my iPhone. I called four times to the service department but the ladies who were at the call center could not give me details about any work done. Finally Wyatt called me back and said two parts were on order and I would have to bring my Odyssey back when they came in. I asked when that would be and he could not tell. I had brought the vehicle in for three other recalls a few months ago and requested the rear camera recall at that time but was told to wait for the recall notice. Overall I am not impressed by the service.

Your associates have been incredible (Anthony and the gentlemen at the first desk assisted me). However, I had an 11 am appointment (I believe I showed up at 11:08 am, my apologies on that) and I wasn’t assisted until 11:50 am. I had to reschedule another appointment that I had after I expected to drop off my car. The issue here isn’t the associates, it’s the overbooking. I wasn’t the only one just standing there waiting to be helped with ot by hers who I can only assume also had an appointment. Just don’t book so many appointments, especially in the middle of a pandemic, to allow a better process for everyone involved. No one likes to get their car serviced, let’s try to make it the best possible experience for everyone.
