My only comment is not in regard to Hemanshu Bagga’s performance. He was great. It is regarding the amount of service reminders and calls prior to my appointment. I received 5 different reminders,calls(not from Hemandshru) and emails which were entirely unnecessary in my opinion. I am not sure if this is a dealer practice or a corporation practice. It it was off putting a d makes me reconsider bringing my vehicle to the dealer for service.
