The service rep who help was Trinity.
She keep us informed of all issues and was very helpful with timely updates and getting answers for questions we had.
I had a question regarding warranty and she went out of her way to confirm her answers when question manufacture warranty beyond dealers repair warranties.
I would say she is calm and a very good liason for your company.
