No car loaners available, I was dropped off at Budget to pick up a rental and waited 2 hrs before I canceled everything. I had to walk back to Cerritos infinity because I wasn't able to get a hold of the person who was helping me with services. I'm very disappointed in their customer service. I also added the smart push start feature to my vehicle and the servjce tech didn't bother on counseling me on how to utilize this new feature on my new smart key.
I think for being a high end car they should accommodate customers like me with car loaners and also take the time to explain exactly was done to my vehicle. I missed a very important appt due to the lack of a car loaner.

I brought my car in for routine maintenance. All I had done was an oil change, tire rotation and replacing the air filters. I was there for 3 hours!! I was told it was because you were very busy but I made an appointment purposely so I wouldn’t have to wait that long.. the waiting room cleared out and I was still there. There was no reason to have me wait 3 hours for a simple maintenance job no matter how busy you were.
