Don’t lie to clients about how long the service will take. Get your own shuttle and stop using Lyft. Their cars are filthy and disgusting. I will not use your dealership again. Horrible experience.

Sean is phenomonal, before being serviced by Sean I was completely unsatisfied with the service I and my vehicle received. I was one stepaway from contacting corporate. Then Sean entered the picture and not only gave my concerns the attention I knew they deserved, he single handedly managed to change my overall view and level of satisfaction in just a few visits. Rafael Gonzalez my service tech was fantastic as always. I’ve come to observe other techs during my visits and none of them come close to Rafael. He is so professional and polite and is on the money with everything. He should be training the entire crew on how to make the customers experience the best it can be. He ain’t paying me to say all this, it’s my sincere belief.
Oh and you have a great valet named Evie. She sticks out and runs circles around the rest and she asks customers if they need some help. That’s a winner!
