All was good as the service department was busy. However here are a few comments to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. First, when the service is estimated at 2hrs but it takes 3hrs it would have been nice to receive a text that it was going to take longer. Second, the 28000 mile A1 service on my Clarity FCV should include checking/changing the cabin air filter. And it should not cost $90 extra for a five minute procedure ($30 labor, $60 filter). I ended up buying the filter for the same price, popped the glove box in the parking lot with no tools, and inserted the filter - ????. Last, fake news CNN is on 100% in the waiting room. At least go only 50% CNN and 50% FOX.

Shane Riggs never answer his phone never returns text messages called multiple times have them on my phone never return my calls never return my text messages the operator at Norm Reeves try to get a hold of him for me could not get a hold of him for me multiple times I came in to pick up my car he would not make eye contact with me never had worst service in my life I I never want to deal with him in the future he has an excuse for everything and I’m really disappointed the service manager is great and the guy that finished my paperwork Paul was great but Shane Riggs should not be in his position he’s very unprofessional and if I had to deal with him again I will not take my car there I will be talking to corporate about him when I walked out I looked back and he was laughing don’t know if it was about me but he didn’t pay attention till after I walked out the door and then he started laughing with the girls that were standing next to him I do not appreciate it

I made an appointment days before on the phone and when I went that day of the appointment they told me that they had no appointment of me on their schedule. What happened there? I don’t know! But the good thing was that they still took me in. I did have to wait hours to get my car serviced for something that was worked on so fast. I waited almost 5 hours and they worked on it for like 15 minutes. But the good thing about all this is first, that my car got fixed. And second, was the BEST customer service that I got from ANTHONY SANCHEZ. It’s not the first time that I’ve been helped by him. It’s been several times that he’s helped me with my car and ALL the time I’ve gotten EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ANTHONY SANCHEZ. So please thank him and let him know.
