When he first checked me in he tried to sell me on additional services. I told him that I bought the car used earlier this year and so I wasn’t 100% sure if the scheduled maintenance had been done yet or not. He didn’t offer to try and find out for me. Later he told me that my front passenger tire had a nail in it and told me it couldn’t be repair and tried to sell me new tires. After I went to Big O Tires down the street and they removed the nail and patched the tire.
Overall, I am very disappointed with the service I received today. I felt like Tony was trying to sell me on stuff instead of trying to come to the best resolution.

My steering wheel and front dash is was scratched by the tech. Before I even drove off, I have an associate took pics for me as proof. I came back the next day to speak to a manager and was told they are off. Was assured I’ll get a call the next day. It’s 11/06 and I still have not received a call.
