If you do not have the new parts to install in the cars to be serviced , Please tell the customer you don’t have all the parts needed before the app time and when parts will be in your business ,or Recommend another Honda dealership to provide necessary service. The engine filter needs to be replaced now in my car. I was told the needed part Maybe delayed a long time. Thank You for a response

My car was dropped off by tow truck I felt no urgency with Representative to follow up with me regarding my car. Had to rent a car in which I had to pay for insurance for the car rental the Dealer did pay for rental cost. When picked up my car on the 3rd day for a unit Assyria corner radar sensor. All my personal items were removed from my center console. They were not placed in a bag or floor mat, they were placed on my beige seat which I felt was not proper due to cream leaked onto my seat.
