Ivan was attentive, receptive and quick to respond to my questions and concerns. Something lacking from all other representatives I have dealt with to date! I understand the high volume of service requests that go through your office but there is absolutely zero reason not to answer the phone and especially to not return a service related call (voice message). i dont feel satisfied because its looks like he was laughing at me of what happen to my car that the reason why it wont close the trunk because i didnt know my spare key was in the trunk but the labor wont cover my waranty even as far as i know everything happen to my car is all free for the next 3 years
