Michael Fernandez the service advisor I worked with yesterday actually listened to my concern and the diagnosis was 100% accurate and confirmed my suspicions on my car that I have held since an aftermarket repair shop performed a repair in which my car had not ran the same since, and it was music to my ears because of what I had known/felt to be true and had been missed or not taken into consideration with previous advisor’s dealt with, Michael’s and techs diagnosis was the root of the problem and not an upsell which would not have corrected the problem, thank you Michael, thank you technician, thank you Service manager, given that diagnosis I was able to work out a deal on a newer vehicle with the dealership Norm Reeves Honda and am pleased overall

Ariel did a great job, but on Monday she was off. On Monday I had to call the service department over 10x. They would not consistently answer the phone, they would not call me back to let me know the status of my vehicle. When I left messages for the service department, because for hours no one would answer the service line, they didn’t call me back. Like I said Ariel was great but, it was truly horrible service when she wasn’t present.
