Kevin did an amazing job! I have been having trouble with my entertainment center ever since I purchased the car and it had yet to fixed. He went above and beyond to help ease my concerns checking everything even talking with upper management to see what can be done. All in all it’s people like Kevin that make me so happy to be a loyal Honda costumer and will continue to be. Thank you Kevin for really listening and understanding what I needed.

The expedition was at Ford of Montebello and they had the truck form 11/11/24 till I towed it to your Norm Reeves dealership.
