When I left dealer they said everything was good as for my tires and I should be ok for a little while. Then as I went on my way I heard a noise a tire pressure popped up again. So I called Kevin to tell him why is this happening and he said he was wanted me to go back but at this point I am far and a little more unsafe.So apparently they gave me the wrong persons information. My experience was not great. I had always had a good experience but not this time.

I had questions that the technicians weren’t able to answer, but they said they would investigate and get back to me. They ultimately did not answer my questions or provide accurate information. I also did not appreciate the lack of options - $400 for a car battery is frustratingly high, especially since it included a warranty I did not need. Lastly, in recent visits my car has been washed as part of the service, and it was not washed this time. Ultimately, I was not satisfied with the service provided.
