The issue I brought my van in to have fixed, which was a defect when the van was assembled, was actually made worse and now I will have to bring my van in again to have this corrected. When I bring it next week that will have made this the third trip just to have this taken care of

I came for a B1 service. My appointment was for 8:40. I got there at 8:40. I was not checked in until 9:08 and I was quoted a ready time of 11:30. It shouldn’t take 2 hours and 50 minutes to get an oil change and a tire rotation. Also, I asked Manny to document what he saw on my infotainment center when I was in the intake bay. My infotainment center was black and has been blacking out. I showed him that the screen was black while the radio was on and then I hit the home button then back to the audio display and the display came back showing the stations. It has had issues since I bought the car and it has been twice replaced by this dealership. It is having issues again and I wanted it documented but he didn’t document it and had a “not my problem” attitude. I ended up doing just an oil change so I could get out of there faster. I was done at 10:00. I’m not sure if I will go back there for an oil change.
