I never heard back from Aaron…(ever). There was no phone call, text, or follow up regarding why I came in for servicing. In fact when I arrived back to the dealership, I was told Aaron was gone for the day. I was in the waiting room when I received the text that my vehicle was ready (from Aaron). Lastly when I received the vehicle, the oil change light was still needing to get reset. I had to wait as there were limited people available. I drive down to Nroms Reeves from the San Fernando Valley because of the great service I have had. But this last visit, left me a bit disappointed.
