I stopped and spoke to a manager today somebody named Joseph and I let him know exactly how I felt. I felt insulted and belittled and the representative who helped me, Valerie* or whatever her name was was patronizing and rolling her eyes and smirking and no CUSTOMER SERVICE there I had an appointment and it took 32 minutes to get checked into my appointment then I was there for three hours just so that she can come out smirking at me telling me that my car needed a filter and I don’t know what else what else why didn’t they tell me in the beginning when they took the car in so that they could’ve taken care of it after three hours she tells me my car needs these things and I said how much longer would it be to get him to get them done. Well we need another few hours. Where is the CUSTOMER SERVICE
