Trevor gave me the best attention of any service provider over the past 10 years of using Honda Dealer maintenance. He explained everything fully, was courteous and efficient, texted me when the car was ready and offered me a loaner vehicle.

no when I left after my oil change i was on the freeway and my splash guard was dragging dont know why they didn't check out eveything the first time wasted another 3o minutes when I should have been check and make sure it was on correctly
