I asked to have the oil level checked, saying it still had 1,500 miles left before the oil needed to be changed. I wanted the oil level checked and to see what was causing the burned smell. I expected a phone call. Instead I get some automated thing saying the oil was changed. Then I had paid for I inspection and the oil level upon arrival was full. Why was the oil changed? When I complained, I was told the oil was black. The day before it was golden. What kind of communication and service is this?

I was told they couldn't do my oil change bc the threads on my oil pan are stripped. The only service people doing my oil changes is NR so don't know how they can be stripped.
I am taking my car to another AAA service for a second opnion.
Also the est was way too high for that job accoeding to research. If it would have been half that I would have approved it but only after another inspection by another auto service.
The place I called asked if oil is leaking, answer no. Also how do they know if plug stripped unless they unscrewed it and then would not be able to put it back on. Good questions.

I called in to schedule an appointment for a complete reassembly of the right side mirror and I was given a breakdown of a price of 527 including labor and parts over the phone when I called but when I arrived I was gunna a different price than what I was told, it came out to 825 rather than the 527 but on the phone I asked to check if anything would change when I get there and the **** the phone said no that the price was 527 including parts and labor. My advisor said that the part alone was 500 so I’m not sure why this was told to me, if it was not accurate.
