I appreciate them washing my truck, however, I would have liked for them to ask beforehand. I had my personal belongings in the bed of my truck which the car washers decided to touch and throw everything in my backseat without my permission. Also, I was told my truck was finished and wait while they pulled it up. Unfortunately, my truck was not finished as the service porter told me that they were still washing my truck which again I never requested. I had to wait an additional 12 minutes outside for my truck to be finished. Also the car washers left hard water stains on the inside of my truck and it was wet on the inside door panel. Additionally, my truck was not fully dried. I appreciate the action but the results were disappointing.

On May 3rd at 7:30 a.m., I visited the dealership for a scheduled oil change and to take care of a recall repair. When I made the oil change appointment online, I noticed a message indicating that the recall repair required parts to be ordered. To ensure everything would be ready, I proactively contacted the dealership twice before my visit and confirmed that my messages were received.
However, upon arrival, I was told by the supervisor that the necessary parts were not available. He explained that I would need to return on another day for the recall repair. I expressed that making an additional trip would be inefficient, especially since I had already contacted them twice in advance. I requested that the repair be done that day. He said it would take about three to four hours to complete.
As a result, despite my efforts to confirm everything beforehand, I ended up waiting almost four hours. I felt that the situation could have been avoided with better communication. I am very disappointed with the quality of service provided during this visit. I had to wait for approximately four hours for an oil change and recall repair. Due to this unusually long wait, I asked the supervisor for a discount. However, the offer he made was far from what I had expected. In situations like this, most customers would reasonably expect a significant discount or some form of compensation. Unfortunately, his response did not meet that standard. As a result, I was not satisfied with the service I received.
He should have understood the customer’s position and recognized how frustrating and wasteful it is to be kept waiting for three and a half to four hours. Instead of proactively offering compensation, such as a discount, I was the one who had to initiate the negotiation. Even then, the offer he eventually made was far from satisfactory. Waiting for four hours was not only physically tiring but also a significant inconvenience. I was very disappointed with how the situation was handled, and I sincerely hope to receive a meaningful discount during my next oil change as proper compensation for this experience.
