I went to the service and broke the passenger's glass and got it back, but they said they never broke it. It happened when I went to get a service, but it's absurd as a customer to say that you don't know. That's why I'm consulting my lawyer.

Kyle is a great manager but Kyle was not on duty today when my car was returned. First of all it took over a month to repair it, when I picked the car up it was not washed and lastly it was not fully charged! This was very disappointing after waiting so long and I have not been reimbursed for the rental car I had to rent for a month! I hope this is not going to be a reoccurring theme going forward.

Edward Obando was pretty helpful. He helped me get a rental right away when I started experiencing crazy alerts on my dashboard. He got my car in to be inspected right away without the long wait or needing to come back with an appointment. I brought my vehicle in to get the knocking on bank one assessed. The problem was diagnosed and it was a vacuum assembly pump. I asked the service manager if this was covered under warranty several times he said no, and told me the repairs would be upward of two grand after further investigation with talking with other owners and looking on YouTube and calling Toyota, it was confirmed that the repair was in fact under warranty. I’ve wasted now four days and didn’t have my vehicle and the issue is still not resolved.Please do the right thing and fix this issue under warranty before I have to go legal.
