Money was stolen out of my vehicle from a closed compartment when it was serviced on 5/13/25. I have been taking my vehicle to Norm Reeves for many many years and continued to do so because it appeared to be a reputable service department with honest and trustworthy representatives and technicians. It’s very unfortunate that you could lose a customer over employees or technicians who cannot be trusted to service your car without going through your belongings. Very disappointing.

Having a 10:40 appointment, I discussed with the service technician that I needed an oil change , I also informed that the battery was replaced a week ago, and they may have not reset my system because my cruise control stopped working can they check it, I was a little surprised at approximately 1:40 I was text a list of recommendations for items the technician suggested to be done, we decided to have the transmission fluid replaced , this was three hours after my appointment time , I started to text the service technician to do the transmission.service, then I spotted Mr. Perez at his desk and I proceeded over to talk with him about the time it was taking to get to this point, I understand he has no control over the time It takes for the technicians to finish their job, but three hours to do an oil change and send me a list of recommendations. It seems you may be understaffed overbooking as of today. I have not been on the freeway to check the cruise control to see if it was even checked. I will let you know how that goes in the next few days
