Of the many times during the past 9 years that I have had my car serviced at Norm Reeves Hyundai, today was the first time that I received outstanding service. Mohammed Jaber was courteous and polite, knowledgeable, and helpful in suggesting the items that needed to be serviced on this visit. And today was the very first time my vehicle was ready before the time that I was quoted. In the past I’ve had to wait hours past the time promised to take delivery of my car. Today I was told 2 1/2 hours, and after 1 1/2 hours I was driving off the lot, on my way home. I was pleasantly surprised, to say the least. It’s what I expected every other time, but it never happened. I only hope this is an indication of the type of service I can expect in the future. It was excellent !

Sal and the technicians are great to work with. They found the troubles with my van and luckily they were covered under my extended warranty which made that part of the service totally painless. Amazing detailed team, we look forward to the next service. I was hesitant to do the 100k service at once and decided that it was needed to avoid a breakdown while with the family.
