Reviewing both of my experiences here at Norm Reeves Honda, first was a year and a half ago where AC system went out and fortunately most was covered by recall. What was unfortunate was that when I brought my car in on a Monday I expressed how important it was to have Car back by the end of the week as I am an Uber driver and make most of my income on the weekends. The work was completed in a couple days, however drove off the lot to realize they didn't properly reattach the protection skid plate under my car as it dragged on the road, turned around and had it reattached just to find out a day later that they never properly tested out the air conditioning unit and it failed the next day, I'm guessing the same guy that was in charge of reattaching the skid plate was in charge of making sure the AC unit that they worked for two days probably worked before sending me out the door because I had to return the car the next day and they took until the following week to repair with faulty parts that they should've checked in the beginning and cost me pretty much of all that week's income. Fast-forward a year later AC unit fails again, I bring it in on a Monday, I was told after a thorough inspection the only problem was a leaky valve which was under warranty from the previous work, happy that it would be no out of pocket expense for the air conditioner repair. I let him talk me into $500 of, when I came to find out after talking to an ex mechanic family member, a total BS ripoff $400 unnecessary service. I was told my Mon night the car would be ready on Tuesday noon hopefully, calling for updates on Tuesday morning was impossible as nobody would pick up the phone or return my phone calls. Come to find out my sales rep had that day off, and it would appear nobody covers each other over there when one of them they are gone on their day off. I was leaving town in an update and gave up trying and drove there at 11:30. Hoping my car would be ready earlier than noon, just to find out, surprise, the compressor is out. A little suspicious considering the day previous I was told it was only a valve And now it's time to pick up my car and I'm looking at over 3 grand. I had a trip planned and still out of town and since I'm guessing the same guy that was in charge of overseeing reattaching the ski blade and testing the AC unit originally was probably the guy in charge of the inspection that missed this. I need to put more care into diagnosing the cars or put in people with more experience. I've worked with Jesse both times and he's been friendly and knowledgeable, my only complaint would be maybe telling your customers when you're having a day off the next day so you don't leave us hanging, especially those of us that depend on our vehicles for income as I am going to lose another weekend of income, yet again, for their negligence UPDATE: after having call after call (four) not returned by the service department, GM Gerrie not returning my calls either. The customer service there might careless and unresponsive, but consistent. PS I know this seems harsh, but at a dealership, whether it be Honda or Ford or Toyota etc, one should expect the highest standard of quality and professionalism. To send a customer off with her car with an unsecured protective skid plate, major a/c components replacements or you didn’t even bother to check to see if the parts were defective and lose three additional days of work because of your negligence with not even as much as an apology… A year later I come back with a/c issues yet again, on the same components that you’d already replaced, instead of saying ‘ we really dropped the ball with this customer the first time we should do a good job for him this time’, instead, you totally misdiagnosed my Honda and screwed me

I took in my car for a warranty covered door ding. Vision auto body fixed the created a mountain of issues. Damage to the paint, overspray, paint overs, poor painting. After 5 visits I accepted the vehicle under protest. I didn't want vision auto body to continue creating more problems. Mary was nice, but she had no control over the poor job vision auto body does. This was a horrible experience
