Check engine light came on a couple hours after the oil piston recall service was completed on my Veloster 2020. Now I will have to make another appointment ;(

I told service dept that I would need a shuttle to return to work.i told them this when I made the appt and again when I called this morning to confirm time of appointment. Both times they told me the shuttle runs 7-4. When I dropped off my car, they said that the shuttle person was on lunch and it would be 30 minutes ???? I got a text about service update. I said I was still waiting for shuttle (I had been waiting 15 minutes at that point). I got a response 2oinutes later stating HES COMING. All capitals indicate yelling and I did not appreciate the "tone" of the text. The shuttle driver came after I had waited 45 minutes. I got back to work over an hour after I left to just drop off my car! Not convenient at all The driver was very nice and competent

Shayna Deponte-Rodrigues was outstanding with communication & scheduling my Subaru Crosstrek for warranty service - the foreman Mechanic, Gabriel even came out to test drive my vehicle with me to make sure the problem was resolved & did extra work to ensure the problem was resolved. Ryan Tanimoto took care of me initially referring & helping me to schedule with Shayna & both got me in earlier knowing I needed to soon leave back to the mainland.
