I sat for over 4 hours and after inquiring if my car was done, I was told twice it would be a little longer. I don’t know who or what Clifford does there so you shouldn’t base this rating off his service. I would like to mention that an employee did have the nerve to tell me “you’re not the only one here” . I am disappointed that a simple oily change took that long.
