Service is good but the wait is long for just an oil change and fair filter change, about 2 and a half hour wait.

I had a 10am appointment for a recall, was told the approx finish time 2:30pm. I live out of town so I planned to wait on-site for it. I checked on it around 2:45pm only to find out my car was only being worked on just then (after inquiring) and would roughly take 1-1 1/2 hrs.
I’m not sure if this is going to amount to any improvements, I hope someone really makes the attempt. Please be considerate of your customers, regardless of the kind of job. If you are short staffed, please train your managers on having a broader perspective (empathy for customers) and time management - so they are able to see customer’s perspective and can plan and perform in a more efficient way for their customers. I had a 10am appointment that took 1 1/2 hours but had to wait nearly the whole day for my car to be worked on.
