I got a screw in a newish tire. 8k miles. I was told I needed two tires because of "uneven wearing " for about $600 with almost $140 "installation. I walked, tried elsewhere, and the shipping was worse. Went back to the lady you were asking about and said only one tire and was quoted much better. Odd how much different two people can charge in the same office. I needed a stem screw cap for another tire and was told you don't have any. All this after waiting months for the mat covers that were missing from car when my wife bought it new. Seems your 0 for 2 in service, although everyone is very friendly and we love the car. I wish we had more choices here.

Lem was great but your whole system needs a redo. First of all, it shouldn’t take a month to even get an appt. It shouldn’t take a week to get a part but then to be told the part wasn’t ordered and it would be several more days to get the part and get the car in to replace one part. All in all it took over a month and a half and 4 trips to your dealership to get my car fixed. This is exactly what happened 2 years ago when I didn’t have my car from January thru March of 2019. Absolutely ridiculous
