Lem, Mikala, and your whole service team provided exceptional service—from greeting me (with smiles), explaining that since my car had over 61,000 miles that I may opt to do the big service (described what would be done ) rather than the regular service, which I appreciated, and when I picked up my car Lem explained the services they had performed—again, with a smile. Mikala is always pleasant and takes care of his clients. Everyone was friendly and professional. I’m grateful for their expertise and “aloha” that they provided. It was mostly hassle free. Waited a couple weeks for the part your supplier dstopped supplying you with, but you found one elsewhere. I had to pay 85$ extra freight charge as well as the 400$ part in advance. Never had to do this before. So I can't say I'm not satisfied but not completely extatic either.
