I’m very satisfied with the service on my car. Also, Jerry & Ray are always so helpful.
I would like both Honda corporate and McGrath Honda to send coupons more frequently as they did in the past. It’s been months since any were mailed to me. Or print them on the bottom of my receipt which you also did previously.
The coupons currently on your website rarely apply. I would have to be a veteran, in the month of my birthday or drop my car off during certain hours in the afternoon.

Jason has a great personality and does a good job explaining what kind of service needs to be done in the future and why without trying to be a high pressure scare me into spending money I may not need at the time. Some of your other service people just come across as desperate. I may not have spent the extra money to change the air filter at the time, but I trust Jason and he made me feel like it was a good investment
