Very pleasant person and felt she did a good job except she messed with the settings something I have never done and it impressed me to see how she knew how to work with them until we were about to leave and I thought they would be as they had been and certainly not I was like where is my phone? I did come in and get her and she did a bit not like it was. No one at Honda has done that before. My suggestion put it back like it was or leave it alone. I will have to get my daughter to fix it. We are old and do not mess with things when they work.

Everything was going ok until the end. Rear driver side window was cracked open and the car was taken through car wash, quarter panel, floors, leather seats and car seat were wet. Porter was inside the car the whole time. Didn't do anything. Only reason I found it was because I was walking back to pay after I received text my car was ready. Porter and service rep were talking and standing by car and I notice there was something not right. When I asked what was wrong the rep seemed to want to try to hide it and told me noting was wrong and that he'll let me know when my car was ready. Porter was straight up and told me the truth. The rep continue to be condescending and seemed to try to diminish it. I was beyond upset at that point. He took my car back away from my sight and asked to speak to a manager. No one was available total mess from this point on. I'm to upset to even finish typing the rest of the mess that followed. Only reason I would come back is out convenience because of the location and my commute and because our cars are leased.
