I have only one question that, when ever I have problems in my car , they fix it but after that I had problem with driving seat, which is not moving forward or backward. Then I have to visit again. This happened 3 times in a row. Surprised. thanks Any way I have to visit tomorrow again for to repair my driving seat.

Chris Houlis in service is a real intelligent, honest & hard working person in the service department. Over quite a few years, he’s my go to person in service. I service my CRV & my husband’s CRV only at this dealership. I request Chris each time I have to bring in one of our cars!!!!!!

Lorenzo did a good job while he took care of me as his customer. He turned me over to Chris when he had to leave. Chris handed me my paperwork when my car was complete and left never explaining what the paperwork meant. I even mentioned this to the cashier but she never responded to my statement. When i got in my car i found another piece of paperwork regarding my alignment failed inspection. this practice made me feel that i was not given service that left me completely satisfied let alone feeling like i was the least bit important as a customer trusting my car and ultimately myself to Honda's care.

Very Helpful. Anticipates needs. The only thing that I wish would happen at car dealers; they always find something that they want to do to work on your car. Dave pointed out 4 recommendations in their multipoint inspection to a total of $700! Who can afford that nowadays? Why not come up and say “Hey we found this in our inspection, we have these dealer service specials available if you would like to use it”. I realize it may mean you can’t charge full price but it sure is more customer friendly!

Chris and the team provided courteous and efficient service, making for a pleasant experience. Aferwards, I drove through the car wash, apparently the first time since early fall. I was not aware of whatever changes have been made in the carwash policy. What is the the new procedure and were we given notice of the change?
