I wanted a service for a Man named Chris .H who took care of me when I first walked in and took all my information before heading to the waiting room while I got an oil change. I was really happy with the customer service , I never met whoever worked on my car. Also The surveys are different and the information is different I bought my car from the Honda Dealer Downtown at 1111 Clark in Chicago and the system is pretty different their system seems like it’s more advanced as far as like while you’re waiting the inspection information that they give you and things like that is all through your phone you can click yes or no if you want added services and things like that while you’re waiting feel like it’s a little bit more advanced and I feel like this dealership could kind of get on board with that . It’s helpful to know what else I’m inspecting on my car since I have a warranty on the car I know when I go to the one downtown they tell me all the things that they’re looking at on my car when I just go in for an oil change with no problems This one just did my oil change and that was it well oil change and filters but I never gave me a receipt of like what exactly was done on the car and things like that if there was any other expections when I go get the oil change and things like that I don’t need the tire rotation at that time because I just got four brand new tires in the car but it would be helpful to improve the information to the consumer why they’re waiting with the app like the one downtown which is awesome hopefully that information and things like that will be updated and we’re up to par I guess every Honda Dealer is different since I moved out here it’s way different but I was still happy with my service I just wanted to be informed if there was anything else they looked at or deed.
