Terrible experience. Had to return for 2nd time because your service technician did not do his job the first time I brought it in for service. I was called by your staff and mislead by them why I needed to return it for further inspection when the truth was that the tech did not take pictures and Honda would not pay your claim for the repair/recall. Your service person told me this upon returning for service the second time. I will never return to McGrath Honda for repair. You lost a good return customer because of your dishonesty. Disappointed customer.

Gerardo Sharif was OUTSTANDING. Not only was he personable, helpful, and knowledgeable, but he went way beyond. For example, he made sure I knew how to use the remote start, which I did, but he also answered a question I had about the remote start. Then he showed me how to use the remote to lower the windows. I have had the vehicle nearly five years and I did not even know you could lower the windows remotely. Gerardo Sharif did an exceptional job.

After receiving call to pick car up there was some confusion about paperwork. That was handled relatively quick and car brought in . Upon going to my car I had to go back to service desk and ask why it wasn’t washed. They got it washed and I left. Monika was not there and perhaps that created confusion. Monika did her job and kept bringing service suggestions up. Declined some or the day would have been over 500 $ on a just a 3 year vehicle with only 20k miles.
