Eddie was great & very helpful! He explained the multi-point inspection and answered all my questions. He was very respectful and professional.
He let me know there was water, coffee, tea & cookies in the waiting room and made sure to check in with me throughout the appointment to update me.
When the appointment was over, he explained everything the techs had done with my CRV. And then, after I paid & got the paperwork he told me to be careful driving home because it was really windy out.

This rep didn’t seem to be zoned in as others have been in the past. He seemed somewhat bored actually. I don’t want to tattle on him but I did notice the attitude. He did the job but acted like he wished he wasn’t there.
