I felt that everything was done in a timely manner, and Luis was very conscientious and very respectful, and the fact that he let me know when ever I needed to know some information.
Monika was great...I explained to her that I had a 2hour window to get my car serviced as my husband was in the hospital, awaiting transfer to a rehab facility and she accommodated me..got my car serviced and sent me on my way...I was so grateful!

I got an oil change. They never reset the oil change indicator. Called the dealer. Lady said all service advisors were busy someone would call me back. Never got a call back. I had to do it myself after watching YouTube. Oil change is why I went there. Mom said you’re never too poor to pay attention. Guess she was wrong. Come on mechanics do better I dropped $450 on repairs you can reset the meter.

Jerry was totally great, but the garage remote disappeared from my car. I never take it out of my car. It was in a secure place. It was there when I brought the car in and then it vanished. Do the car washers go in to clean the inside windshield?

When I purchase my tires from you guys I know for sure your service man told me that it lifetime warranty cause i was going to go to my friend at ntb tires and they have lifetime warranty specially they do free patch up for nails and minor uts but you guys charge me $59 for a damn nail patch OMG!!!
