Very well run professional team. Over priced repair quote . Lucky for big companies to be aware that most people have 0 concept of electrical wiring and for those folks I guess the companies can overcharge however, how heavenly does the CEO sleep at night aware that low income people trying to keep Honda’s old cars alive are charged 1100 bucks to make the headlights work again ? You can purchase a total light kit with fuses , relays and wiring for 30 bucks ????? Side note - the 10 amp fuses on the quote were new and probed with a VOM before the car was dropped and should have been excluded from the repair quote . Customer service 1,000,000 percent … Doing what fair just and right by God’s law … not so much

They recommended things I believe I already had done I believe but couldn’t confirm it. They couldn’t tell what work I had done months ago in Phoenix. I changed my cabin air filter and engine air filter myself in late July and they say my engine air filter is fine, but my cabin air filter looked dusty. Seemed as if they were trying to upsell me on stuff. The oil change price was still $15 higher than my Phoenix area Honda despite a $10 coupon. Your prices are just too high. Won’t be back sorry

I really appreciated that Monika checked all of the settings in our car before we left so that we didn’t have to return because we didn’t know how to reset them. We have had to do that before and I wasn’t happy. I will ask for her in the future. My husband also really likes the new coffee machine—a vast improvement! We also like the discount after 2 pm.

Several things went wrong during my purchase. And did not seem very organized if im being completely honest. A piece to my car that I received is broken after delivery. I didn't say anything cause I was tired of this entire proccess. I understand customer service can be awful to please people especially in the car bussiness. Especially since we are spending so much money for these over priced cars.. But I would highly recommend management give some training to there salprocess. Thanks very much Brittany K
