Learn your products and services. I came in for a tire replacement because I bought a road hazard warranty at signing and the service tech made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about. He claimed you offered no such thing and I wasn’t getting a free tire even though I’ve already gotten the other one replace. He then said even if they had that with the amount of wear there’s really no way Honda would do it. So he said to his coworker this guy “thinks” he paid for a tire warranty. The coworker said that’s right and unless the tire is bald we will replace it. Apparently you learn something new every I said to the tech. I don’t remember receiving an “I’m sorry I don’t know what the **** I’m talking about and will make sure before I argue with a customer in the future I’ll brush up on my job”.

He was awesome! Handled all the issues I came in with smoothly and was super helpful. He fixed my tire pressure sensors and as far as I know my oil is changed and all good. I once had my oil leak completely out after getting an oil change at a different, non Honda dealership with my last car, so I’m happy to see my car actually get taken care of.

For some reason every time that I bring my car to the service I always have to come back it makes me feel like they play with my car they move everything and they don’t put it back to the way it was which makes me feel like they don’t take things seriously, I am a regular customer I have been a loyal customer to Honda for about 20 years, but I am not satisfied with the work they have done to my car in my recent visits.
