Both service advisors I worked with failed to fully address my concerns. Vehicle was brought in first for p0304 and needed injectors. Secondary concern was whirling noise from upper engine as discussed TSB 18-147.
Advisor failed to document concern on SO, service did not check the issue. Service then told me it was never discussed, in fact it was and after reminding of the initial conversation the issue was recalled and then blamed on secondary advisor. Will address secondary issue with Ann on McGrath dealership.
In addition to that, I had a simple request of keeping all parts from the repair, parts were not in the vehicle and took addition request to “find them”.
