I mentioned that the vehicle has passed 110k miles and probably needed maintenance. I didnt get any suggested maintenance except a cabin filter and the engine filter. Although it was nice to get an oil change in under an hour, we felt like we were not given a thorough multi-point inspection

Martin was the best service advisor I’ve ever had from Honda and from any other dealer as well. He made sure I was taken care of to the fullest. I really appreciated his service on Wednesday. I originally had a 10 am appointment I wasn’t able to make it to. I called and rescheduled for a later time. I’m happy I did. I may not have got him if I made it to the 10 am appointment.

The step rail and or housing / molding for the bottom of the truck and or brake line was damaged . They took off the step rail to put it back on with a gap . They claim it’s from wear and tear . The truck is 2 months old and the accessories are 6 weeks old . We have to question the quality of the worked before before we can question the quality of the Honda trucks and accessories. We will have another dealer inspect the work done and buy the accessories again if we have to but never will we trust McGrath

I came in for oil change and tire rotation, before handing over the car to the service, I marked my tires. After the service was done, I noticed my tires weren't rotated even though I was invoiced for that.
After complaining to the service agent they took my car back in the service. I felt like cheated. If I wouldn't have marked the tires, I wouldn't know. Even though I was charged for it.
Please look into this issue

I would like to point out on the previous service bill I had asked for brake flush/fill two weeks ago. I assumed it was done. Then on this service bill I had new tires checked for damaged/missing TPMS sensors. Discount Tires damaged them. The multi inspection report states I need brake fluid flush/fill. How is that possible? Was brake flush/fill NOT done. Then I paid for service I never received. Please review and get back to me.
