Lack of communication. Car dropped off on Wed late afternoon. No word on status Thursday. I called Friday at 1:00 to check in status and found that service rep Monika was off. Spoke to another rep who told me I needed a new starter and did I want to do this. I told him yes and he told me they may get my car worked on Saturday or Monday. I asked about a loaner and this service tech said he would have to check with his manager, but no word after that. I finally called and talked to Monika on Saturday and the car got done around noon. When I went to pay bill there was a charge for a new battery as well. I challenged this because a new battery was just put I

We didn’t get the help that we needed. I know that it is a used car but we bought it at Mc Grath 5 months ago and we were told tha it was certified and 5 months later we were told that the front suspension is not good. We bought the car for around $11000 and 5 months later your technician said that we have to put on the car $3700. After I talk to Jason Goldman he dropped that numbers to $2700 that made think that something was wrong. I brought my car to another shop the fix was only $370. Some one is not doing what customers need. I suspect that some one is doing business with us the customers.

Your service this time was very good. But I had to try 3 times, before you could deliver. For me, that's unacceptable. The fact that my first appointment was made in July, and I had to schedule 3 different times before you provided the service is very disappointing.
I miss Honda City. But it's 44 miles away, so, I guess I'll have to learn how to deal with you for as long as I have this car. It took me 2 months to get you to service my car.
Would you be willing to wait that long for anyone to fix their own mistake? I don't think so!
