Had a clear warranty extension problem and was told there was “nothing they could do to help me and it would be around $4200 to fix” called corporate Honda got $1000+ covered under warranty extension and half of the rest covered with a good will repair. Don’t feel they advocated for me at all and they were perfectly content to let me spend the $4200. Also the warranty extension was for the ac condenser which has been a huge problem for 16-19 civics so I don’t buy for one damn second they didn’t know about it esp after I told them it was already replaced once. Feel totally lied to and disrespected
