I have come to McGrath Honda Elgin since I bought my car back in 2006. Each time I have been welcomed and the services I need have been analyzed in approx 20 minutes. This visit I arrived at the shop at 6:50 , the first person in line. Ray registered me and I went to wait. Thinking ray would come in approx 20 minutes to advise me of the service rerecommendations. My scheduled service was B124. I waited 1hr 40 minutes and no communications . I went to Ray and asked for an update. He told me the evaluation was just completed. I decided on the additional services I would have done on this visit. He advised me it would be another 1 1/2 hrs, of course that didn’t happen and when I inquired I was told it would be another hour. I schedule the earliest appointment so I can get in and get out..
The service has certainly deteriorated and I’m considering finding another Honda location for future servicing. I was so disappointed and the prices have gone thru the roof..
