I was not called about the Services that were recommended by the tech that worked on the van. Before leaving I specifically asked for a call so I can get the services completed since there is no rush on my end to pick up the van. I also asked if I can be given a price quote as to how much it would cost to install a tow hitch, price quote was not provided.

I feel that it took longer to get my inspection back on my car and to have the service advise get with me about other things needed with my car then people that came in about the same time. And sometimes show and tell gets the sale. Aka Here is your air filter here is a new one want us to replace it.
