I am so dissatisfied with the service I received, I probably will never come back to McGrath and encourage everyone I know not to patronize your business.
I throughly believe I was misled, reneged on a warranty, and the subject of shoddy service. I already had to take my car to another business in order to undo the damage of your tire rotation. I will also probably have to spend out of pocket to ensure my brake fluid was properly replaced.
I have absolutely no trust in your sales and service personnel. I feel that they do not have the customer in mind, and will do anything to up-sell the product and will try to renege on any coverage purchased.
A total fail for your business.

He was very helpful, fully explained everything that was going to be done, answered any questions I had and went into detail to explain. He wasn't pushy which I greatly appreciated. He showed concern and was instantly at my car door when I brought it back after service because I didn't see the lane assist in. He took care of it immediately. Overall a great experience!

The instructions I gave to the representative were not followed. I ended up spending double the amount in cost when it could have been avoided had the representative been paying attention. "He did everything right" stated his boss. Had he done everything right I would be visiting again. I will never go there to be robbed again. Frauds!
