I waited for almost an hour after reviewing the inspection report, the service advisor never came back to get me or bring my car keys; I had to go ask for my car at the cashier to ask for my keys and for the car to be brought back from where it was sitting.

I hate that you are charging 3% surcharge for using a credit card. I’ve come to McGrath Honda for over 40 years and you never added a surcharge for using a credit card. It’s a really cheesy, nickle & dime move and a disservice to your customers. It irritates me every time I enter your dealership.
