On the phone I was told the repair would take approximately an hour. When I arrived I was told an hour or a max of 90 minutes. It took 2 hours and 10 minutes. I sat in the waiting area but was never updated about the delay and no apology or explanation was offered. I was very frustrated and disappointed in the service I received. Was impressed by the friendly and courteous people at McGrath. The finance manager was super—oslyn collins. Also Jose Espinoza was very helpful and patient. Was especially impressed that nobody tried to sell all kind of unnecessary things like dent protection etc. If I would want that I’d ask for it. Overall the buying experience was more delightful than expected. Hope my service appointments will be the same

CJ surely did his job. My dusatisfactuon was in cost of quoted parts? Honda needs to get off there high horse on the pricing of parts before people move to another Brand. But the people of McGrath did everything they could do to provide explanation of what my car needed.
