He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, energetic, and genuinely cared about making sure I found the right vehicle. He answered every question with honesty, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured. What really stood out was his exceptional customer service. Since we were trading in our old vehicle, Aaqil even took the time to pick us up from our home and later dropped us off, making the entire process incredibly convenient. That level of care and dedication is something you don’t come across every day. He was always friendly, positive, and had a great attitude that made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s clear that he truly cares about his customers and goes the extra mile to make them feel comfortable and valued. His professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were greatly appreciated. A special thanks to Bryan Salas, Finance Manager, for making the financing process quick, simple, and transparent. He explained all the options clearly, answered all our questions, and made the paperwork process smooth and hassle-free. Mitch Antonik was a great addition to the McGrath Service Dept. He is very knowledgeable concerning the vehicle's components and willing to explain the need for specific maintenance. For example, I had no idea that brake fluid needed to be flushed and changed every 2-3 years depending on mileage or length of time. Also did not know that the master cylinder is the "heart" of the braking system and master cylinder fluid is brake fluid. I not only received respectful and friendly assistance from Mitch, but also an education that made me comfortable ordering the brake fluid flush and replacement. I an OLD, and in all my visits for service at Honda and Toyota, I have never had a Service Advisor who I felt was more than a clerk greeting me for service. Whoever hired this man did a great job for McGrath.

Mitch was very pleasant to work with and very helpful. Your AI answering system is a nightmare!!!!! You need to get rid of it before it chases all your customers away. Took me 20 minutes and 4 phone calls before I could talk to someone. Ridiculous!!
